Say Goodbye to Sleepless Nights!
Ready to reclaim your sleep (and your sanity)? You’re in the right place.
You’ve tried to fix sleep. But somehow, you still feel stuck.
You’ve adjusted wake windows & changed the bedtime routine.
Googled the night wakings at 2am and wondered if this schedule or that sleep training method is the thing you’re missing.
And somehow, you’re still second-guessing every decision.
The hardest part isn’t always the sleep deprivation.
Is she overtired? Undertired? Hungry? Teething? Is this a regression? Should you respond? Wait? Feed her? Change the schedule?
There’s no shortage of sleep information. The hard part is figuring out which information actually applies to your baby.
That's what we're here for.
You don't need more sleep information. You need to know what actually applies to your baby.
That's what Ultimate Sleep Support is designed to do.
Instead of handing you another generic schedule or telling you there's one “right” way to sleep train, we look at your baby's sleep, temperament, feeding needs, your family's goals, and what you're actually comfortable implementing.
Then we help you figure out what to change first—and we're there while you implement it.
Because knowing what to do and confidently doing it at 2 a.m. are two very different things.

Here's what changes when you're not trying to figure this out alone:
You know what to change first instead of changing the schedule, bedtime routine, feeding, and sleep training method all at once.
You know how to respond at bedtime and overnight without wondering if you're creating a bad habit, responding too much, or not responding enough.
You make adjustments based on what your baby is actually showing us instead of starting over every time a nap is short or a night doesn't go according to plan.
And when you're second-guessing everything, you have someone who can say, “Yep, stay the course,” or “Nope, let's change this.”
Because that's the part Google, Instagram, and even a really good sleep guide can't give you.

Most families tell us this plan changed everything. You’ll finally stop second-guessing, get consistent rest, and feel like yourself again.
What life can look like with sleep support that actually fits:
You know what time bedtime should be.
You know how to respond to night wakings.
You understand when to feed and when to use another settling strategy.
You can put your child down without holding your breath the entire time.
You have evenings again.
You aren’t spending every nap trapped, scrolling, and wondering if you’re doing it all wrong.
And when something gets messy, you know how to troubleshoot instead of starting over.
But what if I’m nervous about crying?
That makes sense.
Most parents who come to us are not looking for the fastest, least involved option. They want sleep to change, but they also want to feel good about how they’re getting there.
We’ll talk through the options, choose a method that fits your comfort level, and help you understand what crying may look like and how to respond.
You won’t be handed a plan and told to tough it out.
You’ll be supported through it.
What if I’ve already tried everything?
You may have tried a lot of things.
But trying pieces from different approaches isn’t the same as having one clear plan.
That’s usually where families get stuck.
One night they try a later bedtime.
The next night they add more soothing.
Then they cap naps.
Then they stop capping naps.
Then they change the method because the first night felt hard.
We help you stop throwing spaghetti at the wall.
We look at the full picture and build a plan you can actually follow long enough to see what’s working.
About Ashley
Hi! I’m Ashley Olson, certified pediatric sleep consultant, certified breastfeeding counselor, certified infant massage instructor, and founder of Heaven Sent Sleep. After suffering through sleep deprivation with my first child, I was determined to arm myself with as much knowledge as possible in order to not go down that road again with my next little one. #enneagram5
After countless hours of research and trial-and-error experimentation, I found incredible infant sleep success and began helping my tired mama friends tackle their own sleep struggles. Since launching Heaven Sent Sleep in 2018, I’ve helped thousands of families regain their sleep (and their sanity!) through my guilt-free, holistic approach. I live in a small town in east Texas with my husband and four little ones, and I now mentor and certify aspiring sleep consultants with the goal of making the world a more restful place.
After supporting thousands of families on their journey to better sleep, we know that no two families are alike. That’s why our approach is holistic, taking into consideration who your little one is, and what you value as a parent.

FAQs
-
We start with a thorough assessment to understand exactly what your goals are for your child's sleep and how you want to get there (quickly, gradually, or somewhere in between). We create a plan that fits everything you're looking for and then provide 1:1 support as you implement it to keep you moving toward your goals with accountability, troubleshooting, and a little bit of magic (or so I've been told)!
-
We only work with parents of babies who are still sleeping in a crib (or are working toward sleeping in a crib). If you’re a parent looking for sleep training help with a toddler who is in their own regular bed/will be in their own regular bed, my team member Lauren can help - learn more about working with her here!

Some protest is 100% normal: Your baby is having some feelings and telling you about them! It’s important to see sleep training as something you are doing FOR them and not TO them. You're guiding them towards creating healthier habits around sleep. It’s one of the first real limits we set for our child and that’s why it can feel so difficult. It doesn’t mean that they’ll be crying and hysterical in a dark room without any response from you ever; it means that you can guide them and support them through the uncomfortable-ness of changing habits in order to achieve better sleep for everyone!
-
Everyone is different, but you can generally expect it will take 2-4 weeks until your baby is going down independently. It’s highly unlikely they will sleep through the night immediately. Expect multiple night wakings, especially during the first few nights. Think of these as opportunities to practice your new skills!

I wish! 😩 No-cry methods simply don't exist. The only thing that changes with sleep training methods is YOUR response to crying, not theirs. I don't use separation-based methods like Ferber or extinction unless that's your jam and you request it. I will always offer gradual/weaning/fading type options to reach your sleep goals. But unfortunately crying may be unavoidable during this process! Read more about No Cry Sleep Training in this blog.
