Hey there! My name is Lauren Guajardo. I'm a wife to Jube and mom of two, Xander and Evelyn. Ashley and I are from the same little town in Texas, and I have been singing her praises for over 6 years now after she helped us get Xander's sleep on track. After spending months going on no sleep with my oldest child, I reached out for help. You don’t have to stay stuck in an unsustainable situation.  FAQs

  • We start with a thorough assessment to understand exactly what your goals are for your child's sleep and how you want to get there (quickly, gradually, or somewhere in between). We create a plan that fits everything you're looking for and then provide 1:1 support as you implement it to keep you moving toward your goals with accountability, troubleshooting, and a little bit of magic (or so I've been told)!

  • YES! Toddlers are my specialty. I have a degree in early childhood education and worked in the classroom for years. I’ve been told I’m the toddler/prescholer sleep whisper.

  • Some protest is 100% normal: Your baby is having some feelings and telling you about them! It’s important to see sleep training as something you are doing FOR them and not TO them. You're guiding them towards creating healthier habits around sleep. It’s one of the first real limits we set for our child and that’s why it can feel so difficult. It doesn’t mean that they’ll be crying and hysterical in a dark room without any response from you ever; it means that you can guide them and support them through the uncomfortable-ness of changing habits in order to achieve better sleep for everyone!

  • Everyone is different, but you can generally expect it will take 2-4 weeks until your child is falling asleep independently. It’s highly unlikely they will sleep through the night immediately. Expect multiple night wakings, especially during the first few nights. Think of these as opportunities to practice your new skills!

  • I wish! 😩 No-cry methods simply don't exist. The only thing that changes with sleep training methods is YOUR response to crying, not theirs. I don't use separation-based methods like Ferber or extinction unless that's your jam and you request it. I will always offer gradual/weaning/fading type options to reach your sleep goals.
